Prettyclick Cosmetics Return & Exchange Policy
At Prettyclick Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. To ensure product quality, hygiene, and fairness, the following Return & Exchange Policy shall apply to all purchases.
1. Return Period
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted within the applicable return period specified in this policy. No returns, exchanges, or refund requests will be accepted after the expiry of the applicable return period, and no exceptions shall be made.
2. Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged within **7 (seven) calendar days** from the date of delivery or in-store purchase, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
- The exchange request is submitted within 7 days of delivery or purchase.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging with all original labels, accessories, and packaging intact.
- The product has not been damaged, altered, or tampered with after delivery.
- The product was not purchased during a promotional, clearance, sale, or special offer period, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Prettyclick Cosmetics does **not** provide cash refunds or store refunds for products that are eligible only for exchange.
3. Partial Returns or Exchanges
Where an order contains multiple products, customers may request the return or replacement of individual eligible items without returning the entire order.
Each item requested for return or exchange must independently satisfy all eligibility requirements under this policy, including being unused, unopened, in its original sealed condition, and reported within 7 days of delivery. Cash refunds shall not be provided for returned items unless expressly stated elsewhere in this policy.
4. Returns & Exchanges at Any Store
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged at any Prettyclick Cosmetics retail location. Customers are not required to visit the same store from which the purchase was made, provided the request is submitted within the applicable return period and all eligibility requirements are satisfied.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon receipt.
Any damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly supplied product must be reported to Prettyclick Cosmetics **on the same day of delivery**, together with clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Upon verification of the claim, Prettyclick Cosmetics may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the product with the correct item; or
- Cancel the order and issue a refund using the original method of payment.
Claims submitted after the required reporting period may not be accepted.
6. Incorrectly Ordered Products
If a customer orders the wrong product, the product may be exchanged only if:
- The exchange request is submitted within 7 days of delivery or purchase; and
- The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
Products with opened seals, damaged packaging, signs of use, or missing components shall not be eligible for return or exchange.
7. Gift Cards
Prettyclick Cosmetics Gift Cards, including both physical and electronic gift cards, are valid for **3 (three) months** from the date of purchase.
Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date shall automatically expire and shall not be refundable, exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash.
General Provisions
- Prettyclick Cosmetics reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any return, replacement, or exchange request.
- Returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy may be declined.
- This policy does not affect any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
- Prettyclick Cosmetics reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
