WHAT IS ELIGIBLE?

Product Exchange

ELIGIBLE
  • Item is unused and in original sealed packaging
  • Exchange requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Original receipt or order confirmation available
  • Item was not purchased during a sale or promotional period
Exchange only — no cash refunds after sale is completed.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

ELIGIBLE
  • Issue reported on the same day of receiving the order
  • Photographic evidence of damage or incorrect item provided
  • Item reported via WhatsApp, email, or phone to our support team
Eligible for replacement or order cancellation refund.

Sale & Promotional Items

NOT ELIGIBLE
  • Items purchased during Pretty Summer Sale
  • Items purchased with a discount code or offer
  • Bundle deals and gift sets
Sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Opened / Used Products

NOT ELIGIBLE
  • Seal broken or packaging opened
  • Product has been tested, swatched, or applied
  • Original packaging is missing or damaged
Once the seal is broken, return eligibility is void.

HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE

Contact Support

Reach out to our team via WhatsApp, phone, or email within 7 days of receiving your order. For damaged or wrong items, contact us on the same day of delivery.

Provide Evidence

Share your order number, a photo of the item, and details of the issue. For damaged products, clear photographs of the damage are required.

Get Approval

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 1 business day.

Send or Bring the Item

You can bring the item to any Prettyclick store across Nepal. For online orders, our team will guide you on how to return the item.

Receive Your Exchange

Once the item is received and verified, your replacement product will be dispatched or made available for in-store collection.

GIFT CARDS

Physical and e-gift cards must be used within 3 months of the purchase date. Expired gift cards cannot be reinstated or exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards are not the responsibility of Prettyclick.
